Services

USA-CreditRx LLC provides credit education and dispute-preparation services in accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Specific services and fees are set out in a separate written agreement before any work begins.

No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including removal of any item from your credit report or any change to your credit score. Bureau determinations depend on the accuracy and verifiability of the information in question, which is outside our control.

Fees

In accordance with CROA, no fee is collected until the agreed-upon services for that billing period have been performed. All fees are disclosed in writing before you owe anything.

Your right to cancel

You may cancel your service agreement within 3 business days of signing without penalty, and may cancel at any point afterward per the terms of your written agreement.

Your own right to dispute

You always retain the right to dispute information on your credit report yourself, directly with the credit bureaus, at no cost, whether or not you engage our services.
