USA-CreditRX LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides credit education, credit report analysis, and assistance with disputing inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information contained in consumer credit reports. Services are offered to consumers nationwide, including residents of the State of New York.
1. No Guarantee of Credit Score Increases or Deletions
USA-CreditRX LLC does not guarantee:
• Any specific credit score increase
• Deletion of any particular tradeline or account
• A specific timeframe for results
• Loan approvals, mortgage approvals, credit card approvals, housing, or employment
Credit reporting agencies and data furnishers determine the outcome of disputes. Results depend on the accuracy, completeness, and verifiability of reported information.
2. Consumer Right to Self-Dispute (No Obligation to Purchase)
Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq.), consumers:
• Have the right to dispute inaccurate information directly with credit bureaus at no cost
• May obtain a free credit report annually from each nationwide credit reporting agency
• Cannot be required to pay in advance before services are fully performed
• Have the right to cancel a credit repair contract within three (3) business days without penalty
You are not required to purchase services from USA-CreditRX LLC to exercise your rights under federal or New York law.
3. Compliance With Federal & New York Law
Services are provided in accordance with:
• The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
• The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
• The Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA)
• New York General Business Law §§ 349 & 350 (prohibiting deceptive acts and false advertising)
• Applicable New York consumer protection statutes
USA-CreditRX LLC does not engage in deceptive, misleading, or unlawful credit practices.
4. No Legal Advice / No Attorney Relationship
USA-CreditRX LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation.
Communications with USA-CreditRX LLC do not create an attorney-client relationship.
Consumers seeking legal advice regarding lawsuits, judgments, wage garnishments, or court matters should consult a licensed New York attorney.
5. Accuracy & Ethical Conduct
USA-CreditRX LLC will not:
• Advise consumers to provide false information
• Suggest the creation of a new identity or credit profile
• Encourage illegal credit file manipulation
• Instruct consumers to misrepresent facts to creditors or credit bureaus
All disputes are based on consumer rights under applicable law.
6. Individual Results May Vary
Each consumer’s credit profile is unique. Outcomes depend on:
• The reporting practices of furnishers
• Bureau verification responses
• Consumer credit behavior
• Existing derogatory history
Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, USA-CreditRX LLC shall not be liable for:
• Credit denials
• Financial losses
• Third-party reporting decisions
• Consequential or incidental damages
